Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band launched The River Tour 2016 on January 16th in Pittsburgh, and in May it will arrive in Europe. The announcement of the start of The River Tour in the US coincided with the release of The Ties That Bind: The River Collection box set.
The original The River Tour began on October 3rd of 1980, two weeks before the release The River, and continued through September of 1981. The 140-date international tour firmly established a reputation of best live act, with a tireless performance, that keeps this status alive today in all Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band tours.
As it has already been done in the USA, each night of the tour will be mixed for release exclusively on Live.BruceSpringsteen.net as high-quality downloads and CDs.
