An evening of authentic rock, that is what waits for us in each of his concerts, where Bryan Adams will present live the songs from his new album, as well as his most popular hits, which are indispensable on a big event like this. The Canadian returns to the electrical format with full band, leaving behind the piano or acoustic tours in recent years.
Get Up is Bryan Adams' thirteenth studio album. Produced by famed Electric Light Orchestra frontman Jeff Lynne and co-written with his long-time collaborator Jim Vallance, the album features nine new songs and four acoustic versions, including untempo tracks as furious "Brand New Day" or "You Belong To Me” and “Thunderbolt”, as well as more delicate songs as “Don’t Even Try” and “We Did It All”, and acoustic covers produced by Bryan Adams. "You Belong To Me” is the album’s lead single, which has been followed by “Brand New Day”, track supported by the official music video directed by Adams and featuring BAFTA Award-winning actress, Helena Bonham Carter along with musician Theo Hutchcraft from acclaimed synth-pop duo Hurts.
As Canada's best-known ambassador, Adams has spent the last three decades making music history. He has sold upward of 65 million records, toured six continents and achieved #1 status in over 40 countries around the world. He has been awarded the Order of Canada, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and has a Star on Canada's Walk of Fame. Adams has also been nominated for — and won —several Academy Awards, Golden Globes and Grammy Awards. He has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and has been inducted into Wembley's Square of Fame.
Bryan Adams is still, 35 years later, an ambassador of best rock with songs by engaging us and being one of those artists who get to maintain this reputation that only the bests maintain.
