Angus and Julia Stone
The Australian brother-sister duo will be back to our country next autumn, playing two shows. Angus and Julia Stone will perform on Friday, November 6th at Barts in Barcelona (Banc Sabadell Festival del Mil•lenni) and on the 7th at La Riviera in Madrid.
The tickets for Madrid are already available through www.doctormusic.com and www.ticketmaster.es, also at FNAC, Viajes Carrefour and Halcon Viajes or by telephone at 902 15 00 25 and other Ticketmaster outlets. The ticket price is 25 euros (booking fees not included).
After their last visit to Spain, Angus & Julia Stone are set to bring their critically acclaimed live show to Madrid and Barcelona to present their new album, Angus and Julia Stone. The forthcoming tour will see the band performing many of their most well-loved tracks along with new material from third album produced by Rick Rubin.
Angus & Julia have had massively successful careers both as a duo, with their albums A Book Like This and Down The Way, both critical and commercial successes and more recently as solo artists. It was the legendary US producer Rick Rubin (Jay Z, Beastie Boys, Johnny Cash etc) who produced their new album: ‘This album is extraordinary. Angus and Julia are truly unique musicians. They are authentic and pure people who do things from the heart. I’ve never worked with anyone like them before’.
This summer saw the band continue to take the live stages of venues throughout the US, Australia, and Europe for headline shows and festival appearances. Angus & Julia Stone are on the road again and we will be witnesses.
