Justin Bieber
comes back to Spain. 2013 is the year of his awaited return, after the great success of his 2011 sold-out tour. On Thursday March 14, Justin will perform at Palacio de Deportes in Madrid and on Saturday 16 he will do it at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. Carly Rae Jepsen and Xuso Jones (Madrid) and Cody Simpson (Barcelona) will accompany Justin Bieber at his concerts. If seeing Justin Bieber wasn’t already the gig of the year for a young audience, then this line up would definitely make it so.

Already internationally known as the artistic revelation of this year, Carly Rae Jepsen comes to Spain to present her latest album, ‘KISS’. With her hit track ‘Call Me Maybe’, Carly Rae Jepsen has won some of the most prestigious awards from around the World, and among which have come two Grammy nominations for “Song of the Year” and “Best Live Solo Act”. She has also become the first Canadian artist to reach the top of the digital listings since Beiber did with his track “Baby”. The numbers don’t lie and they make this artist a true fan phenomenon. Her Youtube videos have already had over 400 Million hits and have spread like wildfire across the Internet with covers of her first hit done by the US Marines, The US Olympic team, Jimmy Fallon, Justin Beiber…etc etc… On Facebook and Twitter she can boast over 4 Million followers, and her tracks get everyone hooked as they play without end on the best radios stations around the world. Wouldn’t you just die to hear ‘Call Me Maybe’ live?

If it’s adolescent hits we’re speaking about then Cody Simpson is right up there too. This phenomenon started out a year back when the young Australian began recording covers of famous tracks and putting them on YouTube with songs by Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Jason Mraz which went viral instantly. Two years on, single after single, hit after hit; in October he released ‘Paradise’, with a smash single ‘Wish U Were Here’. His figures make the eyes water too, at just 15, Simpson has already had over 150 million hits on YouTube and has 3.8 million followers on Facebook and Twitter as his star continues to rise. Cody Simpson headlines his first World Tour in the best possible style, sharing the stage with Justin Bieber.

Three concerts in just one evening, and right on the heels of the highly awaited live shows by Carly Rae Jepsen and Xuso Jones (Madrid) and Cody Simpson (Barcelona), comes the time to unleash Bieber Fever. At the end of May the first dates of the 'Believe Tour' were announced and Spain was right there on the map. Justin Bieber arrives in Europe at the end of February following an extensive tour of the US. On June 19th his latest album, 'Believe' was released with it’s hit single, 'Boyfriend', which again smashed all records by rising to the Nº 1 spot on iTunes in 32 countries. The video got over 8 million hits on YouTube in under 24 hours and has now reached 191 million. 'Believe' features stellar collaborations by the likes of Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, Drake and Big Sean. Justin Bieber has sold over 15 million discs Worldwide and smashed all social network records since he started out. He now has 49 million fans on Facebook, 31 million on Twitter and over 3.2 billion video plays on YouTube. This very year he received the Billboard Music Award for Social Artist of The Year.
